Zune 80 laggy UI.

I really like things to be smooth... I like how my zune 30 and zune hd were; the transitions were crisp and smooth. Now that I got my zune 80, the transitions are laggy and almost stutter. They aren't smooth at all. This is very dissapointing, since I really had high expectations for this device. So I've tried a hard reset (twice) and I also have just shut off and on, etc. I'm just gonna consider downgrading to 3.0 or 2.5 (I have firmware 3.30 right now.)
I figure this would fix it because my brother has had 2.5 for a while now (he got the zune 80 when it came out.) and he says everything is clear and crisp.

Any other suggestions?

How much stuff do you have on it? The more stuff can bog it down sometimes. I have a 120 filled to the brim, and it lags quite a bit.

I only have 15 gigs. I don't think it has anything to do with my content because it lagged when i had no content on it. It's constant lag over everything; even games and the transitions to and from are NOT smooth.
