Default ZUNE 30 Battery Drains Fast

Hello.

I have a zune 30 and so far I was very satisfied with it, but 1 month ago my zune just stopped workin, I bought a brand new battery and replaced and old one but it still didn't work, so I opened it, cleaned it, reconnected everything back and it worked, both of my batteries are working too.
However I have a new problem, now my battery drains out very fast even if I turn off my zune completely. Is it possible that I messed something up inside, I presume there is short circuit inside that drains my battery out, I also noticed that zune is getting warm and that wasn't the case before. Also I scratched the screen from inside, can that be the reason for battery drain?
Is there something like a scheme or a list of the parts inside the zune, maybe I forgot to put back something, like some isolation material or something?
Thanks.
