Zune 120 audio problem.
Whenever I press down almost anywhere on my Zune, the sound will cut out and only play in one side of my head phones, or the quality will decrease. I'm relatively sure it's not the audio jack that's causing this, because if I put pressure anywhere, left bottom corner, screen, sides, it still cuts out.
I experienced something similar with my old iPod 30gb:the sound wouldn't play at all, but would when I pressed down on it, whereas my Zune will play, but as soon as I put pressure on it, especially if I touch the select button when it's locked, it will cut out.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this or know how I might be able to fix it?
