Music Pass problem
I signed up for a 14 day trial and cancelled before the expiration date. Then I changed my mind, and renewed. When the 14 day trial expired, my music was cut off, even though it says in my settings that the pass is "up and running".
The $9.99+tax was never deducted from my bank account, even though i got an email notifying me of my purchase and the purchase is listed in my account info. I see no way to communicate directly with microsoft on this. Anyone have ideas for me?
I cancelled the service and told them why, in detail, thinking that would get their attention. I have received no confirmation of any sort.
