How do I put WMV files on my Zune 1gen

I searched for an answer but came up empty on results.

I own a 1st gen 30 g. I recently downloaded the youtube video converter and finally got some videos. They're in wmv format, but when i go to transfer them onto my zune.... i got bupkis.

my players software is v3.3 and in the "settings" page i put a checkmark in the box marked for reading the wmv files. however when i go to my device's page to transfer the videos ( they're in the "my videos" folder ), the zune wont detect em.

is there a fix for this or am i missing something?

I've owned this thing for almost 4 years and i still love it. its got me through two tours in iraq and one in afghanistan so i'm planning on keeping it a while longer.

I used to have a YT downloader/converter but the files were always corrupt somehow and wouldn't play.

You may need to download a program to just download the videos and another program to convert the videos to the proper zune format.
