No problem.
DRM = Digital Rights Management.
In your case, it would be content you have downloaded, but not purchased, in the Zune Marketplace.
DRM-protection helps keep music from being ripped or distributed before actually buying it.

then how does it relate to disability to watch videos? You said that the videos play behind the wallpaper, how could I make it play over the wallpaper?

Yeah, sorry I think I misunderstood you.
This problem happened previously in this thread. I think it's a bug they haven't been able to fix yet.
I'm going to see if it works on my Zune.
EDIT:
It does not work.
It is because the video plays on the black background the Zune originally has. When you add a background, it overlaps that.

It did not work, but I made a background that allows you to watch videos. You just need to make a transparent box in the middle of a background. A.K.A. make a border instead of a background.
VIDEO
Just put the app on my zune hd and it has been running great so far. I love this app because this is the only way (i think) to change the black background to a picture of earth by NASA (look realy great on my hd)
Thanks for the app.
It didn't, and you didn't have to. All you had to do was reset the Zune by holding the power button and waiting for it to reboot. The same goes for many OpenZDK apps.
