[SOLVED] Stuck on pause?

Hey everyone. I have recently been adding all of my music to my pc, and adding a favorites list to my 30 gig. Yesterday after synching, I unplugged the 30 and went for a cruz. When I got in the car, the synch complete was still on the screen. It cleared, and now only lets me navigate to my song lists, album lists, etc, and that's it. When I plug it in to my pc, the Zune software doesn't open, nor recognize my 30. Basically, it is stuck in pause mode. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

reformat it,
hard reset it?

or let it die and charge it

Thaks Rose. Ive had my 30 for years, and never knew about the back&up buttons to reset it. Thank you very much, it worked. My 30 is a happy camper again. May the Zune God's bless you today!!!! Thanks again, mark
