This does NOT work for all of the problem files. Actually, doesn't work for the majority.

I know that, so for all other problems I use MP3Tag Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v2, MP4, OGG, FLAC, ...) That's just what little you can do in the Zune software.
