[SOLVED] Screen Lag with extra hate

Hi ya, just got an 8Gb zune that was used (I'm cheap like that)

but the screen it self lags. Scrolling threw the menu I can live with that lag. But I cant view video

the video gets choppy like it's only showing every few frames.

The audio and button functions are ok, it's just that what ever the crazy voodoo magic is, the screen is full of hate towards me.

I've tried re-sync it and a hard reset and still no luck. Did I miss something or am I just screwed?

if i've learned one thing from buying a zune...it is that spend a little more money...and get the better one (and by "little" i mean 50 dollars)

I guess I need to update, it's not the screen, but the video that's lagging. When I tried to watch a video the image gets very choppy and is waaaay behind where the audio is. I dont know if that help or not. :/

I'm pretty much starting to think I got screwed over and will have to save my pennies to buy a new zune.

It could also be the quality of the movie. Strangely, there was one dvd-rip that I made, but I guess the bitrate was too high and it lagged really poorly. All my other movies worked just fine.

Actually it was from the zune market place :x also when scrolling threw the menu it lags like in the video.

thanks for the advice. But sadly it didn't work.

I'm thinking that someone dropped it for all I know and it's probably a hardware problem.

Guess that'll teach me to buy a cheap used item. Just gotta go back and save my pennies

It was probably cheap because it does not work properly. I would suggest you sell it on eBay to try to get some of your money back.
