STOLEN ZUNE! Please help!

Okay; I woke up this morning, and was looking for my messenger bag, which had;
My 8OG red Zune
My car, house, garage etc, keys.
My wallet.
My SSN.
And other random items of interest.

Needless to say; it got jacked. Or I really am talented enough to lose it.

I'm most worried about my Zune.
I have a lock code on it; but can those be hacked?
And if not; someone told me that if you get the code wrong too many times;
you get the option of erasing everything; is that true?
Because my software doesn't work, and if I get it back; It'd be pretty useless.

I also have my Zune name as my name; Can that be tracked to see where it is?
I know they aren't GPS's, but you never know.

Also; I DON'T have the PIN number; or whatever it's called. SN number maybe.

I THINK I know who took it; unless I really did misplace a HUGE bag, but can that code me hacked?

That's all I'm really worried about.
I paid for it; but got it off Ebay; and I'm pretty sure the warranty is expired or void because I got it off Ebay.

Any help would be marvelous.

you can't track your zune..
the code can be reset on the computer or everything can be erased to remove the lock code.

But can he reset the code without a computer or the software?
And; can he; without a computer or software, erase everything?

You are more worried about your zune then your keys and wallet?

Yes; I am.
Wallet had 13 dollars and gift cards.
License can be replaced.
SSN; wtf do I need that for? No one's gonna steal my identity. I just turned 18.

The Zune was worth more then everything put together.

i would worry more about your license+SSN, they can steal your identity and do stuff with it...
the zune can probably be reset without a computer.. even if it requires the computer.. the cable isn't expensive either.
