market place sign-in issue/problem!!!

when i try 2 sign in i get my tag THOGAN9 and were the playcount would be it has create new account and were the avatar would be it has a pink square with a zune logo no avatar and it says mp is unavailable check back soon... it it just me or is everyone having this issue its been goin on 4 a day n a half to 2 days i have automatic sign in checked n rember username n password 2... r they updatin mp on their end plz help... and on a side note i cant redownload purchased history it stays at 0% it should compile right away my cc info addres n such is valid n current plz help!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the exact same problem, I cannot sign in using the zune software, but i can sign in from the zune social website. This problem has been going on for a couple of days as well.

EDIT:

I just fixed it by following a piece of advice on this forum; I closed bittorrent and now it signs in normally.

these things normally resolve themselves over time so you may just have to wait a little while
