NC doesn't really clear it up for me, however i am assuming its somewhere in the US. You could ask your local electronics/general store to specially order in whatever accesory you want, or just buy it online yourself. Doesn't look like you have much choice otherwise. I hope in the future the zune gains popularity and more people carry accessories, but the chances of that happening are pretty low...
