we are trapped
bound by physics
bound by biology

Fall through your chair, fall through the earth. You can't, you're enslaved.
Trapped in time, trapped in space

if it didn't, it was because your cells followed a preformed formula that told it not to

you can't, in abstract or concrete
lucid dreaming is when dishonesty follows you into your sleep
The devil offered the fruit of knowledge, but the devil lied
the knowledge was a lie of freewill
an angel has no freewill, it does as God commands
so did man until the first disobedience, called sin
disobedience gave the lie of freewill and all it entails
No more powerfull did man become, man is still a slave
Now it is just a slave not to God, but to that which god created
a slave to physics
God is freewill
to gain freewill is to become god
freewill is freedom pure
God made man in his image
man is the image of freewill
a ghost of freewill
Man is no better than the dirt he was made from
dirt convinced of a lie blown by forces no more random than the stars
of ultimate complexity but complexity is nothing but simplicity multiplied
predetermined in time, a solid 4 dimensional figure
The lie of freewill breaks with even slight analysis, even slight experience
the only way a lie can be found is a paradox
a paradox of freewill existing in tandem with time
for freewill to exist needn't it be impossible to predict with certainty what a person would do?
By definition, if it can be predicted it can't be anything remotely free for free means without constraint and prediction is a shackle
so how to predict? Duplicate an instance perfectly
Outside time, time has no meaning
outside time, everything is simultaneous
a year doesn't take a moment for a moment has no meaning
to say an event only occurs once is fallacious
for anything to exist a paradox must not
a paradox is by definition impossible in a logical world
freewill is a paradox
an event must have one outcome
that outcome is determined by freewill but cannot change
if freewill is indeterminable it can't have a result
if it has a result it is determined by its result
a multiplicity result must exist or else freewill does not
if a multiplicity exists then where? there is no 5th dimension in a 4 dimensional world
there's no room left
if you view the universe as a solid, it cannot change
if it does change what does it change over?
if it doesn't change then how can freewill exist
it is solid, it is determined outside time, the universe doesn't exist over time, it exists as it did an hour or a day or a year ago, our perception is the only thing moving over time
we are trapped
trapped by reality
Neither god nor the devil gave use freewill, god is just honest about it.
