Though I always look up with respect to the names Shuggart and Gordon, I don't want another fiasco happen that will create another pair of soldiers being tested that way.

A mobile military I can understand but it does take numbers to actually effect area security...numbers that don't exist in the SF or Marines.

You and I realise this but your average joe / jane might not.

You're probably right, the support for the specops would not be up to par if run by him. I have a feeling he will pull a Clinton by reducing the forces as a whole, hurting the overall global support we have, as thinly spread as it is. At least we have it for now.

Ronny would stop us from trading with groups who threaten America and put the IRS out of business. He's got a great record, so why not

OBAMA ALL THE WAY!!!
Clinton is a BITCH, and we definitely don't need another Republican in office.
However, if I had to choose a Republican, it would be Ron Paul (He's for pulling out of Iraq).

Ron Paul is not a Republican. He is only on the bill because libertarians will not ever get elected on the independent billet.
Dem and Reps are not very different from each other anymore. Dems are the greater evil in my eyes, but neither are Boy Scouts by any means.
Ron Paul is a good guy with a foolish look on Iraq. We cannot pull out cold turkey like he wants. Argue all you want, but take it from me who has been there, its not that simple.
Don't presume you know how to do our job. I don't tell a lawyer how to do his even though I have moral opinions on subject. Same applies here.
However, the will of the people, right or wrong, should prevail since we are a Democracy. Which is also stupid because we are supposed to be a Republic.
Remember your pledge of allegiance? Ack, so many people are weak and ineffective as citizens, if we were attacked here so may would rather talk and die than fight back.
Hey Clinton was like that. The Cole was bombed and an embassy was bombed. What did Clinton do? Nothing. Coward and his old lady will be worse.
I choose Obama over her. I would rather strip the candidates and start over really.

OK, I'm going for Obama. for a few simple reasons.
1) I don't want another repbulican in office.
2) Billary would be a big mistake.*1
3) Obama has the cult leader look to him.
4) Dennis dropped out.
5) Only a Democrat could fix the state of the union.
6) Republicans would continue to fight "the war on terror"

*1. I'm afraid that Hillary will run w/ Bill on the same ticket. And then on day 1 she steps down and we have bill for another 4 years.

OK, now let me just clear up a few things before you call me a trader.
I don't support the war in Iraq.
I do support all of the brave americans fighting over there and all armed forces in general.
I don't agree w/ the reason that we're in war.
I don't want the soldiers when they come back to come back to a welcoming like we had in "Vietnam".
We need to just pull out.
unless the Iraqi people want to have a democratic society nothing that we do can change their minds.
Once more "I support every person who signs up for the Air Force, Army, Navy, USMC, or National Guard. (if I forgot one then I also support them.)"
I, however, can't serve.
for a few simple reasons.
1) I'm Color blind.
2) I'm legally blind.
3) I'm almost deaf.
4) I need my meds just so I can walk.

But one more time. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, NOT THE WAR!

Ron Paul and Barack Obama are the only candidates who are promising and will be able to deliver the change in direction that this country needs. I like both, but I voted for Ron Paul in the primaries (I am an independent) because his views that the constitution should be upheld in all situations is what this country was built upon. Unfortunately he never gained enough attention, so in the election next November I'll be voting for Obama. Personally I think either Hillary or Obama would make great presidents, the democratic party is in good shape with whoever wins.

Ah yes. I'm what you might call independent but when it comes down to I guess that I'm most like a democrat because of my liberal views. And yes the republicans stand no chance after what bush did for the last 8 years.

Exactly. Of everyone, McCain(AKA Bush's Love Partner), Clinton(She has the same viewpoint as Bush. Quoting her,"Every nation should be with us or against us."), Obama(We are in debt 9 trillion, and he wants to borrow money and give it away to other countries), Ron Paul is the person who will get our troops out of Iraq immediately, and stop the borrowing of money from other countries in which we already owe money to.

You get + Rep Trogdor, for having common sense.

Well I must say though that Ronnie won't get the chance to get out. Now Dennis was the one who was going to really change the US. But as it seems it's going to between Obama and McCain. And I must say given the choice I'll choose Obama.

I'm not really either Republican or Democrat, but the Democrats are going to have a tough time with McCain. If no one liked Bush for what he's done, he wouldn't have been re-elected.

Hmmm. This is an interesting race. Clinton has the background, certainly, and Obama does not have the experience. Then again, think about this. One of the most uneducated and unexperienced presidents could arguably be our best president-Abraham Lincoln. Think about that.

Huckabee and Ron Paul are out of the race.

Ralph Nader is in.

It comes down to McCain versus ? from the Democrat Party.
