OK, I'll add my 2 cents.

It's not rape as long as the girls consciouss. I mean if it is. Then everytime a girl has sex w/ a drunk guy she is raping him. Yes that's right I said it. I mean his judgement is really poor and who cares if the roles are reversed. It's just not. If both are conscious even if one is drunk. It's not rape. I mean morrally it could be considered wrong. But I mean when a guy wakes up in bed w/ an ugly/fat/ etc. chick. He doesn't think "Oh my God, I've just been raped." No he thinks, "I must've been wasted last night." So thus it's not rape!

Your forgeting the fact that she may not want to have sex with you.

Its on the same level as taking advantage of someone because they are ignorant such as a mechanic. That is illegal im pretty sure.

Depends also if the girl is over the legal limit, and if your the one pumping the drinks into her.

OK, if she's above the legal limit. Then she's drunk. So thus that makes no sense at all. And if she didn't want to have sex w/ you and she says no, then yes she is getting raped because she doesn't want to. And taking advantage of someone is all relative. I mean she's the one who got her self into that predicament. And thus she's the one who's going to deal w/ it. It wouldn't be rape because she wants it. And it just goes back to the issue of morals. It'd be morally wrong but legally no.

Dude you can be drunk off your ass and still be in legal limit.

If your getting her drinks at all that night then it is illegal, i dont agree its just the law.

The highest that I've seen is a .15. And that's a sloppy drunk. And that's in VA. I mean if you're that drunk, then you may be legal at .14. And it doesn't say that you're drunk off of your ass. I mean it's still a little less than falling over. But I mean we're not saying that whole, she said it was rape thing. I believe that this is on whether or not it should be considered rape. And a guy could also do the exact same thing. And if that woman is the one who just is continues to set there and drink... Then she's got a problem. And thus she needs some major help.

Is it legal? depends on the jury really.... laws can me interpreted and minipluated depending on the jury, judge, and many other factors. Is it immoral? Maybe.... I mean if you planned it out or consciously raped someone.... but if it just "happened".... then no it is ok imo.

My girlfriend is mostly drunk when I have sex with her, but that's just cause she used to drink a lot and smoke pot now and then... sex is good, sex while drunk / stoned / etc is better. - sidenote: one of my ex girlfriends loved waking up to my pounding her vag with my ****... and life with her was insane.

yeah....that side note was kind of random and was un needed information. and how is sex while drunk any better? or stoned? you don't even know what the hell you're doing do you? and then you got that nasty smell of alcohol (did i spell that right) on their breathe? gross.....

i think it is not rape unless she is forced or has a drug placed in her drank same wit men (men can be raped to even by other men) if she decided to get drunk u should know the repercusions
