Look better on the zune, or on the tv? Tho same thing with blue ray players, regular dvds look better on them than standard dvd players. Atleast ihav noticed that on my ps3.

320x240 probably wouldn't look too bad for playback for your hd. It will tho stretch it to 480x272. I would convert to 720x480, even on a non hd screen it should look good.
