This is a remake of the classic game Asteroids and should be pretty self-explanitory.
Controls: Left/Right - Turns ship Up - Moves forward Down - Slows ship down A - fires B - Pauses Changes from Alpha: Fixed ship movement for better control from player Gave ability to mute in-game sounds Removed FPS counter A few minor tweaks! Changes: Fixed bug where player data didn't reset after each round Added ufos that randomly spawn Optimised game speed Fixed bug where round X would have X-1 asteroids Other Notes: * Special thanks to YourSavior who provided images of the ship, asteroids, and bullet. * I used the ScreenManager and some sounds from AlienGame I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed writing it. I would recommend open-sourcing this and releasing it under a formal open-source license (the GPL and BSD license are good choices). I understand that you want to have control over your code, but open-sourcing your code is good for the community and the community open-sourcing its code is good for you.
Continuing to release a .ccgame package is a great idea, since they're much easier to deploy - just release a source package along with it. ![]() |

Can you update your .ccgame package to make it compatible with XNA 3.0 final. When I try and open your .ccgame file I get this error message
