GuessTheSong is a music based game that is fun and addictive. A random song will be played and you will get points based on how fast you chose the right song.

Features:
Randomized Play - Completely random songs
Statistics - Correct versus Incorrect, Total time you have been playing
Options - Choose Song name, artist, or album - or any combination
Volume - Adjust "On-the-Fly" in game: Left = softer, Right = louder
Play - Random location in song
Choices - No duplicates, in Name, Artist, or Album
Title - lets you know which property of the song you are guessing

Bug Fixes:
80gb Zune input error
"get one wrong and get next one wrong" bug
Display if you are guessing song or artist
Total time played is correct

Minor Rig Update:
GuessTheSong now uses RIG 0.5.3 instead of 0.5.2 for extra stability

If you have album/artist/track names in your library that contain accented or non-Latin characters, GuessTheSong bites it. This kinda mars the experience, since even if you have only a few tracks that use these characters, it doesn't take too long for GuessTheSong to crash. I just hacked it to substitute characters that aren't in the spritefont with question marks. This isn't a great solution but it does make things better if you have the occasional foreign track.

yeah I would love a feature in xna to support automatic replacement of unknown characters. Now that's a feature I would want in XNA 3.0.

O, have I missed you Felix! Can you PLEASE give some specifics????

Are you sure you are using the latest version with rig??

Do you have the CTP installed with the XAN framework???

Have you put ganmes on your zune before???

Were you running the zune software and it wasn't syncing??

Some details would lead to a faster and more specific solution.

okay i downloaded it then like it said error so I opened my zune software and left Visual C# closed and the XNA Game Studio Close too! Now how do I install this RIG Game?
okay it says I need to Open zune software and I did but when i do I get this Error Message:

HRESULT: 0xCAFE001

Whats that mean?

None of the games are working yet for 3.0 as far as I know. The new software is out now, they just need to be fixed by the developers. I don't think that RIG works anymore either unless it's updated.
