Hey DinoGames: Can you put in Zune 30 support please? I tried the game on my friend's zune, and it's awesome. But I can't play it on mine or find the commands to change it myself.

He said he was going to update all of his game as soon as he gets some time. So hopefully they will be released soon!
I am extremely anxious to play his games, mainly this one and Running Man.

Yep, I was just saying that he might only update it to 3.0 and not add support for the Zune 30.

I don't think he would discriminate against us 30 users.

Yep, I just didn't even see the command for the 80 gig ones, so he'll probably have to add those 2 controls (thumbstick OR d-pad)

Frustrated
Ok, I'm a noob. Whats this RIG stuff and why won't it deploy? When I tell it deploy it pretends to then says "HRESULT: 0xCAFE0001"
And of course the normal Failed to deploy please click retry or close the Deployment Assistant etc etc.
Why the consistent fails? Not just with this game, but anything dev'd with RIG?
Edit: Using a 120, also had an 80 in which it did not work then either.

RIG isn't compatible with 3.0, you would know that if you would have read the posts before yours.

RIG is a program developed by itsnotabigtruck that was able to deploy compiled games without the need to use Visual C#/Studio.
Unfortunately its not compatible with the latest firmware (3.0) so rigged games cannot deploy to Zunes with firmware higher than 2.5.
The only way to deploy games at the moment is through Game Studio (Visual C#/Studio).
I did not provide a 3.0 compatible GoldChase version yet. But I am working on it.

Haha, I like how all three of us posted nearly the same answer at almost the same time.

Thats not much information you provide.
I don't think that the game can "talk" and I am sure the error does not occur while downloading. So where exactly does the error occur?
Again, you need to:
- use firmware 2.5 to deploy it.
- must have deployed another game before, because RIG would break MS EULA if it would copy the runtime files to your Zune. So basically you need to install the whole Game Studio thing (Visual C# and XNA 3.0 CTP) to deploy this game in the state it is.
Or you can wait some more days until I release a 3.0 firmware compatible version.

Dirk Was NOT being an "ass", He's German, his english is pretty damned good, but he likes to be direct and clear so that nothing gets lost in translation. Don't assume he's being mean when he's working this hard on things he's not getting paid for. He JUST got out of rehab, give the guy a break. calm the hell down.
Part of the "clarification" that He wanted was further details about your error.. when you're more specific, and clear, it's easier to find the problem you're talking about.

Oh...
I am sorry if you misunderstood me. I was only trying to be funny, I guess that was not the case. Sorry again.
I just wanted to ask where exactly the problem is. If you just say it talks about runtime I cannot imagine what you did, where the error occured, if its a download or deployment error etc. I just wanted more information to be able to help you. I guess I am one of the most harmless persons here, so please don't get me wrong
With download, do you mean the deployment to the Zune or the download of the zip from the internet?
Which firmware are you running?
I am trying to fix the problem at the source, I already told you that I am working on a 3.0 compatible version, but its not as easy as for the most games, because mine uses DLLs which cannot be part of a ccgame file.
EDIT: Wow, three answers at the same time
@Catnat, no its not yet.
@Lucifer, thanks, but I guess he was just pissed about my stupid joke which I bet was really lost in translation

just like I said... Dirk is nice, just listen to the meaning behind the words and don't jump to negative conclusions. I find his english to be over 95% correct, pretty good for a 2nd or 3rd language of communication to have to learn.
