I use Winrar for other things and I have no control on whether or not Winrar can open it or not.
Yes you do... Unless WinRAR opens your applications instead of allowing you to run them. It is an .exe file, which means that you run it, not open it with WinRAR.

Alright I deleted Winrar to make it work properly and this is what I get now.
Bit Torrent, Ratatouille, and Pinnacle? Kinda... Suspicious... Lol. JKJK!
Anyway, What you want to do is simply right click on the file and say extract here.
Easy as cake.
Yeah I have some strange things on my desktop.
I am running Vista which sucks ass, so the only option I have is, "extract all"
Is that good enough?
EDIT:
Alright I went ahead with the option to extract all and then I ran into another problem, there are still files like there were before I extracted them and then I went ahead with the process by going to the bin file and then by clicking on rigdp which should be the thing to install the program and then when I double clicked it, it gave me the option to run it and then when I did I got this error.

That is what is supposed to happen...
You are trying to do stuff with the wrong thing. What you have there is the RIG development kit, which is useless to you. It will not help you in any way. The whole time, I thought you were trying to get the game on your Zune.
I said there are no possible instructions to install RIG, because you do not install RIG. RIG is an application that deploys games. You just run it, like I said. You want to open the Running Man application, like your very first screen shot showed. If it keeps giving you an error, even though you named your Zune, there really is not anything else you can do.
Everything that you said happened was supposed to happen, except for the first error about which you posted. This has just been a big miscommunication.

Oh yeah I don't want to install RIG if I don't need it, I just want to download Running Man onto my Zune and I'm having trouble doing that as well!
I'm not sure, do I need to have anything else other than the game or do I need some programs to put the game onto my Zune?
I am a total noob at this.
As long as you already have any game on your Zune, all you need is the Running Man file. However, it seems to be giving you an error and that is not normal. You should already have everything that you need to deploy the game.
Also, Vista is fine. It would behave the same as XP regarding RIG.

I have no games on my Zune, I should have mentioned that earlier, it's alright though because I am looking at a tutorial on Youtube and it's going pretty well so far, I just need to finish installing a few programs before I can get started.

Yeah... That is probably the problem, then. If you have not installed Visual C# and XNA and deployed a game using it, you will need to before using RIG.
