Zune Faster sync

I have the multi-extension hack so i can sync pretty much any video but i still have to wait for the program to convert the videos to the zune. is there a free program that will convert files with same quality as the zune program and faster?

Look in the tools section. There are plenty of converters in there

Even if you do find a free converter it still may have to convert it even if it is in WMV. I personally find that the Zune software is the best converter for it. It doesnt seem to take nearly as long....
