Volume increaser

What kind of a mod i would like is a program that if i select one song out of mine it tunes all the songs on my Zune to the same volume. I gets annoying when i am listening to a song through speakers and i have to turn up the volume and then the next song i have to turn it down again. Is there any program out there that i can use to make it so the volume of all songs is about the same?

and then get the add-ins from here http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm

I used it to set all my mp3s to 128kb and it's really easy,, with the batch converter, just select a folder, and wha settings you want and it does the rest

Can you explain how to use this program? I am having a little trouble using it. I downloaded the add-ins and then is there any way i can convert a folder? Or do i have to do each song at a time?
