Although, the *next* version of XNA for Zune will support videos. To make this app, you'd have to program your own videos into the game, as I doubt XNA will be able to tap into the videos on your Zune. You'd have to include the videos in the "Content" folder. Someone might be able to do this, and then users would just have to replace that person's videos with their own. Follow me?
