Hack Name: zune 120gb new software as external storage
What It Does: I don't think the hack to use zune as an external storage works for the 120gb since it has the new software. Or am I just not doing it right?
Tips/Suggestions for the H&M Team: This will help a lot of people not through their Zunes against the wall.

Of course if you downgrade the firmware, it will work.

No, you only need to drop to 2.5, which is actually installed by default on 120's. It's the Chinese hack that doesn't work, as it needs 1.4.
