Unlock without Zune Software

Hack Name: Zune Unlocker
What It Does: It unlocks the Zune without the Zune software, so you can use Zalternator and the HD hack without the Zune Software
Tips/Suggestions for the H&M Team: I think that if someone captured the signaling of the USB when unlocking the Zune the normal way (with ZUnlocker) then somehow make the computer repeat that signal, it will quickly and easily unlock your Zune.

I hate the Zune Software, because my PC is too old, and is in serious need of an upgrade. I don't think this would be too hard to accomplish, I just don't have the tools/expertise to do it

When syncing your Zune, hit ctrl+alt+del and end the process of zune.exe.
Then your Zune will be unlocked.

I know HOW to unlock, I'm suggesting a way to do it without loading the Zune software

That would be nice the syncing before hand is really annoying and maybe a way for you to be able to use the Zune as a Flash Drive without having to do the registry hack on every computer you want to use the zune on?

That's what I'm saying!
But, you'd have to have the program to get it into sync mode, at least until someone hacks the firmware.
