Hey was just wondering if it's possible to hack the fm transmitter to pick up and sync onto a computer or something to pick up shoutcast streams.
Though I doubt it is possible because the Zune would have to be able to read the .pls file unless someone could get the support from Winamp or something and put it into a patch for the Zune. If sometime in the future some cool feature would be without having to sync it to a computer to get shoutcast streams, but I'd think that would require basically like a radio station lawl, but I love the Japanese shoutcast stations that's why a posed the question ![]() Just my 2 cents ![]() |

Not possible, the Zune can't receive incoming/outgoing transmissions unless it's the software, XNA, or another Zune, so nothing live from the internet is possible.
At least at this point.

If you take your computer, put a FM transmitter onto the speaker out and play the stream on the computer you can get the stream on your Zune.
Other than that no.

Plus, the FM transmitter (by law) only has like a 3 foot range.
