I have an Alpine headunit designed for the Apple Ipod, problem is I HATE Ipods, thats why I have a zune 80 gig. the other big problem is because of the Zune software, my alpine doesnt recognize my Zune.
it will recognize most MP3 players with the latest firmware with playsforsure, and of course any apple ipod player, just not my zune. I've tried it with a creative labs zen touch, worked once the firmware was updated. Im currently using a thumbdrive, but Im limited to 4 gb. the Zune will charge via the USB cable, it just gives an error when trying to communicate with the player. if there is a way to hack the software so that the alpine see's my Zune and the music that is on there, it would be GREAT! I just don't know what that would involve. please help me |
