[SOLVED] Gif Background? Also, Skins?

Anyway to have a moving .gif as zune wallpaper? Or to have the wallpaper constantly shuffle through a selection of predetermined wallpapers?

Also is it possible to get a skin pack for the zune, to completely change the layout of the menu?
