Is it possible to write an MP3 player program in XNA/C# - that will appear in the Games section or possibly another section, where you start the application, it searches your hard drive for mp3s and plays it and displays a clock all in the same application, thus, by passing Microsoft's player in the zune?
Games > XNA MP3 Player Select that. A media player starts, shows your music, clock display and options? I wonder if that's possible? Any ideas? |

This has already been discussed. It is too much work, for virtually no benefit. If you want to check the time, it really doesn't take that long to go into one of the clock apps. The reset is a pain, but it still doesn't take that long.

Yeah, definitely possible, but what is the reasoning? Aside from a clock, what advantages would you have by adding it?

None whatsoever, the Zune itself is an MP3 Player for those who should know by now...
