Default Video Position

Not really a request because I know it cant be implemented due to the firmware but dont you think it would be good if we could go directly to any position in a video (i.e like on the psp - you input the minute you want to go to) because with films on the zune it annoying having to hold th right button just to go to a scene.

IF ever the firmware was to be hacked, I think the idea could revolve around the resuming feature the zune already has. So when you click the video instead of resuming it asks you for a position in the video.

Whats your thoughts on this?

I am sure that can be done but it would have to be programmed to recognize chapters. It would be nice to have though. Still, I do not even keep chapters when I rip and convert my movies.
The Zune 80 fast forwards and rewinds very fast. You can zip through a typical movie in about ten seconds.

I would be so happy if a hack like this would be made. I have so many movies on my zune, and having to hold the zune pad down to get to scene that I like is pretty annoying. Overall great idea, would love if a hack like his was made or just added to the zune by MS. But I wouldn't get our hopes up...we still need a way to hack the firmware. And unless the whole zune games thing doesn't give us a chance to. The Zune could be one of those "unhackable mp3-players", but still a good idea.
