Name: GUI Formatting
What it does: I think it would be a great idea to be able to change the GUI on the zune. Just minor changes like being able to move menu items and the wifi, battery, and play/pause/lock symbols, just for the home screen. Font would also be a nice thing to be able to change. And getting rid of the annoying white gradient on the left side. Theoretically, if the zune was "opened up" to changes to the MS firmware and such. Would it be a very difficult task to be able to change minor GUI aspects without having a whole different OS on it?

That would actually be more complicated than you think. Bassicly a GUI has layers like a image in photo shop, it is normally based off a series of numbers to show what image it will show to you. I'm sure its possible to make it drag and dropable, then it could just be controlled by pixel movements =\.
