Certainly

When you plug in your Zune, choose Guest Mode. Then, highlight all of your music, and click copy to collection.

You don't have to be connected as a guest. Just go to device > music. Then select all the music and copy it over.

All you have to do is connect as a guest and go to the device page, and highlight all your music (ctrl A) and drag it to the sync icon and it will copy it to your computer
