Zune Software Convert

A great little hack for the Zune Software would for it to convert the videos without the Zune plugged in, so i can just come back in an hour and plug it in and sync, i hate having to have cables and wires running around my Nightstand (no computer desk lol)

I know I usually do, but every time i convert something i ALWAYS have to reconvert it later with the Zune software? Could it be my WMV codec or somethin?

You must not be setting things up properly.

Try these settings:
320*240
700kbps
WMV9

I have been using those settings! Could it be that im still using usb 1.1?

USB 1.1 would have nothing to do with converting.

Are you 100% sure you have those settings? Can you take a screenshot of the settings on your converter?

How come the zune 30 needs to convert a video when the zune 80 doesn't?

yeah what he said ....because the zune 80 takes 3 other formats .mp4,.mv4,the whole h.624 or whatever that is.....ok that stink for the zune 30
