Heh, sorry, but this will not happen for a whilleeeee.
1. The Zune firmware is not hacked yet. 2. You are taking the two most battery gobbling features and combining them.

Yea, you'd probably only get like 2 hours out of the zune.

the only way to accomplish this would be to connect a tv reciever directly to the screen via the 24 pin port. the zune wireless is made to handle only 802mHz frequencies as that of wifi, tv channels operate between 50 - 500mHz depending on the area you live in.
this is a basic chart for all transmissions: americanheritage.com/assets/images/articles/magazine/it/2007/3/2007_3_17.jpg Last edited by xsirex : 01-16-2008 at 10:49 AM. |

that would be a neat idea but i do not think it will be implemented in any of the zunes just because theres very little demand for it.

I think you have a good idea. Most of the portable entertainment electronics today are missing the TV feature. If they just added TV to a device like a MP3 and manage to maintain a steady battery source, I'd run out to get it right away. But currently its battery life issues.

my bad jack, your absolutely right, but thats even farther from the wireless tv signal we need. Does anyone know if someone makes a product that has a coax or svideo input, then outputs in any kind of wireless signal?
