Hack Name: using zune with itunes
What It Does: allows you to upload music to your zune from the itunes program
Tips/Suggestions for the H&M Team: this would be amazing

This is very possible, almost easy. But why would you want this? iTunes doesn't do anything that Zune doesn't now... I think...

Because the Zune software suh-suh-suh-sucks. Love the Zune, hate the software. I would have continence problems if I could sync from itunes' UI.

The thing is that itunes formats the files to a player into a non supported format... the format is supported through the software though.

itunes formats into the format I tell it to. In my case, mp3s at 192 kb/s. I've found itunes to be a really great way to manage your library and update meta info, and then merely using the zune's software as an interface to load the files to the device, rather than letting the zune sw manage the media library. It would be cool if we could trick itunes into thinking the zune was an ipod, or get the itunes agent to work with it (the HD hack doesn't assign a drive letter).

iTunes does LOTS that the Zune Software doesn't.

- Convert music formats
- Volume Regulator(Make all volumes for music the same)
- Better organization
- It's not from Microsoft
- Isn't a bitch

Those are a COUPLE of good reasons.
