Definitly would like one, but as long as you could see like right when you turn you zune on, because otherwise it would kinda defeat the purpose. : S

I may not have a cell phone to look at the time on, but i do have a watch, and its so much easier to just look at my wrist then dig through my pocket and my tangled headphones, just to look at the time. besides, at my school, there are clocks in every room, and in every hallway. and if i'm out somewhere without my watch, i know that about 98% of people in america have a cell phone and i'll just ask one of them the time.

WOW... 98% of people in america have a cellphone? That means almost every new born baby will have a cellphone of their own.

My guess is probably 50% or less people in america have a cellphone.

Most of my teachers don't have clocks in their classroom because they feel that it's a distraction and that people stop working about five minutes before the bell rings when there is a clock in the room. Looking at a personal device is usually the easiest way to know what time it is.

i can see that people wouldn't use it i just don't see why they against it if it were to be added to the firmware TBH so it a feature you wouldn't use, so don't use it.
There are a tonne of features that are not required that are on the zune that would use a lot more battery and we know the zune has some form of time keeping anyway for the 3day rule
so all it would be doing really would be displaying that data

A clock would def be very cool, but is it necessary? No. Would I download the hack and put it on my zune if possible? If the file's not too big. However, this shouldn't be a top priority.

Well ,well the imfamous clock theroy again. Can we give it a break? The clock idea has been around s long as i can remember. If you want to know the time graba cell pone, look at a watch or wall clock. No one really can come up with a good reason for this except to tell time which alot other things do easly. Also I don't see it happining anytime sooon anyways.

I work in an automotive repair shop, and for the most part, I work by myself. I don't wear a watch, reason being that in my line of work, it would get in the way. I do, however have my Zune in my pocket most of the time, and it has long been a sticking point for me that it doesn't have a clock. I'm not surrounded by clocks on the wall, I don't carry my phone with me whilst working, and I'm not in an office setting where I can just look at a clock, computer or watch. It sure would be nice to have a clock on this thing.
