zune explorer

can somebody try to help me make a internet explorer in the zune by the wireless that it has it should be possible but would be hard

well you would have to format the HDD, then install windows

good luck getting a driver to work for that wifi...or any of the buttons to work

how would you expect to use explorer? how would you type in the address bar, or scroll?

yes actually, it is. but to agree with chameleon it is just a fruitless attempt seeing as the zune is not yet hacked nor are there enough buttons on the zune to make it worth it, i mean a cell phone is bad enough why try on a zune?

Um no, stop talking nooby nonsense, seeing as obviously you know nothing about the zune or internet explorer.

Actually, getting IE on the zune WOULD be quite elementary and straightforward, as the zune is running on firmware based upon Windows CE, you would just have to do a port of the program to the zune, and somehow execute it. Possible, but at the time, not very plausible.

As for porting, ya maybe if MS would let up on security, this might be able to be used.

well i think that if you can put aim and an internet explorer on the nintendo ds then it should be possible on the zune.

*I said IE for Windows CE.
*CE and PPC are really different.
*The Zune runs a heavily modded copy of Win CE.

I am sick of people mocking other because they want a browser out of the zune. Dont mock an idea just because you are not capable of creating it.

I dont see why microsoft dont create an SDK for the zune they have nothing to lose from it an alot to gain.
