Well I heard that 2.1 is still not going to have a clock so i thought it would be cool if someone coulc hack a clock for the zune. that would be really cool.

Another thought, can you change the font of the letters in the zune?

We can do neither of those things right now because we can't get the Zune to get custom firmwares running

Oh ok, so when someone figures out custom firmware, then the zune will be easily hacked for what ever?

hmm cant wait till the are able to hack the zunes... i want a clock on mine i dont like checking my phone... it gets annoying

I think this would be a good idea..even if it was like one of the clocks on myspace where all you do is copy an past the text and the clock starts running

would it be possible, this is just a suggestion that probably not possibe, but to integrate it into a background? create a gif. image with a clock and give the zune moving gif. support? that may be harder that\n trying to hack a clock into it, but... i don't know...

The zune does not support .gif images, so you would need some kind of custom firmware to do that. If that were the case, you might as well have a regular clock.
