The reason I changed the name of the help forums a week or so ago was to include the new Zunes, at first I was going to rename it to Zune 4/8/16, 80, and 120 but that seemed a bit long, so I just named it gen 2 and wrote it out in the description.
The Zune help forums are split into issues with the software and issues with the device itself. Not enough peopple are using old firmware and software to mandate a special forum. The 120 is no different from the 16 in that they both just had more storage using the same hardware and is no different in usage than having a different color. Are we going to demand a special forum for the Blue 8 gig?
THe only issue I see here that makes any sense is the idea of n00bs knowing where to post, however I think when they go click Zune help and see it's either gen 1 or gen 2, they're going to go with gen2 and just say "I'm not sure if this is the right place" note. I do not seethem posting in Gen 1 unless they both skip the description and fail to know what generation they are
