So we must agree to disagree then.

I assumed that this was the understanding from the beginning. I was not attempting to sway your beliefs and I assumed this was mutual. Just two people voicing their opinions.

I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.[/

Floorpuncher: If you think the Bible is a huge fairy-tale that is sworn as truth, why would so many people die for it, I mean, its just a fairy-tale, right? Would you die for Cinderella or for Alice (in Wonderland)? How about Tinkerbell? I've never heard of anyone dying for them, and those ARE fairy-tales.

I know this is to Floorpuncher, but more people jihad than people get killed for being a Christian. You must be completely oblivious of the wars that have gone on between the 2 types of Muslims for ages. Saying what you said won't prove anything since people all over the world die for their religion.

I can't fully explain why someone would be willing to die and *ahem* kill for a fairly tale. Why would someone die for their country? One could assume that it is because those that are willing to die for their cause, truly believe that it is factual. This lends no credibility to the argument as to whether or not the Bible is true. There are millions of Muslims of who believe they're god is the real god. They view this as truth. However I would assume that you do not subscribe to this idea and view it as a false belief. There are millions of Muslims that have died because of their beliefs. Does this automatically make them right? Does this provide real suppport for their ideology?
