Who is to say Satan isn't the good guy?

Or if "good" is what is "good".

God may have hijacked Satan and stole his thunder...

Or God could be one of Satan's underlings and made up a religion on Earth to stroke his ego.

The bible describes God as arrogant and egotistical (especailly in the Old Testament) imo.

But, being an omnipotent force give you an right to be an jerk I suppose.

I have lots of doubts about Christianity sometimes..but deep inside.I know he's there warm in my heart...
And those doubts..I have to deal with because It's all about faith..

I'm glad that you decided to read through everything. A lot of people think that Satanist identify themselves with the whole Gothic scene and frankly, some do. But I'm just a normal guy. I work for the Government, I have a 7 year old son, a beautiful wife, a dog and cat and a bearded dragon. I have a house and in my yard I grow grass and flowers. I'm just your average joe, who happens to believe in something that is a little unorthodox and misunderstood. Thanks for looking through everything though.

you have a bearded dragon? Wow I wish I had one... and I have met a couple of satanist in my life. Well they're engaged both are my friends and they actually asked me (which I found weird) if I'd think any less of them if they were a satanist. And since I live in bible belt they are always persecuted and the christians down here believe that they can do whatever they want, the teachers (chirstian ones) believe that they can talk about the bible all that they want. But the second that I mention how odd that it is that the 3 largest empires of their times are the 3 major religions in the world. And how similar Islam is to theres and how they say that Islam is completely evil but yet it's soo similar I'm labeled as a devil worshipping baby killer. I find it very hard to defend my views when everyone around me is constantly is trying to force Christianity down my throat. Oh well... that was a really off topic rant, but yeah, Agnostic is the way to go in my opinion b/c all of the major ones are way to similar in my opinion and I have to believe in something. I don't know if this is going to be counted as off topic or not... but oh well.

it should never be hard to defend your own beliefs. The key is to not only educate yourself in your own beliefs but also in those that surround and oppose you. It's very hard for a Christian to bull**** their way through a debate if you know that what they're saying is crap. But at the same time you can not completely close off what it is they are saying because they may be right and it's quite possible that you could learn a thing or two. A good half of what I know about Christianity has been introduced to me by Christians in the midst of a good debate.

I don't always tell people the details of my beliefs. I usually leave it at "I'm an Ahteist". The only reason I said anything on here is beccause you are all a bunch of strangers to me and honestly have no bearing on my life. Even so, just being an "Atheist" has led my being harassed. I meant that it got hard, when you were constantly surrounded by Christians forcing their views upon you, and I do try to know the views of all religions that my mind can hold. It just gets hard doing it everyday, it just almost gets to the point where I just say **** it and let it be.

An atheistic satanist believes in no god or Satan just that Satan is a symbol for human nature and worship that

A Thiestic satanist worships Satan himself and they believe that Satan liberates them from gods control i think.

I would think you can belive in any thing u want. the only way to eternal life is through the grace of Jesus so if you were a satanist you will probably go to hell Unless you change your ways.
