Edit:I just took apart an older iriver player. It's too complicated for me. I don't even know where to begin.

I guess i give up for now.

uh, sorry i unsubscibed to this somehow?

Tabbo, i used my 80 gig, it was real sketchy though because the back of the casing was all warped outward and stuff with a chord and jack coming through the wifi casing part. It was pretty ugly..... but worked!

I don't get why you'd want an internal speaker in the first place. It sounds terrible and just annoys everybody around you.

uh, i would only use it for apps, i wouldnt go around playing ****y music through it all day!
