Alright, this converts the ZuneLoc.dll that you've edited to a .zsk file. I'll make v1 allow you to open any .dll rather than just the ZuneLoc.dll.
The reason you can open a .zsk file is so you can update a file if you want. Ie. You made one skin and you've made a slight change to the dll, just open the .zsk, load the new .dll, hit save, and viola, the skins been updated.

So it's a file converter? Would you ike me to make the .zsk files for the pink and white Zune?
You may, however I'm working on the next version which will open up the doors to more backwards compatible capabilities with the upcoming zSkin (the thing that changes the skins).
The .zsk files are what zSkin will use; however, v0.5 of zSkinner (the one out right now) is rather crude and each skin file will be approximately 6.5mb. Newer versions of zSkinner will fix this problem and do a few other nice things.
I'll be making zSkin use all versions of the .zsk file format though, so if you do create .zsk files with v0.5, they'll be large, but will still work upon release of zSkin.
Grat job!!! ;DWhen are we releasing it to the public?, i noticed some other sites have found out how to change them manually but zskinner is more user friendly so it important that we release it before competition comes up with something, at least thats what i would advise

Not really. What's discussed in Rogue's will be started by Saulius, and others. H&M members, take their discoveries and ideas to H&M. We benefit from it, because we get to use whatever he and his friends work on, but he doesn't necessarily get to benefit from whatever you guys (H&M) think of.
