Batch video converter with letterboxing

I've tried to use ImTOO/Xilisoft's zune converting software, but it adds flange to all of the audio out puts. The features though are EXACTLY what i need. I have a whole bunch of videos that range from 4:3 to 16:9 to 1.96 ect. ImTOO/Xilisoft easily adds the right amount of letter box to all of my videos, but that audio flange drives me nuts. I've done a search on this but only found an unanswered topic.

Could someone either tell me how to fix the audio flange (warbley background noise) or suggest another converter that can automatically add a letterbox. It HAS to be a batch converter/letterboxer because i have hundreds of episodes from various TV shows that are in strange perspectives.

In the tools part of the forum there is a thread with a converter and key. Works good.
