Obviously, her career is rocketing and I commend her. But when compared to other hot actresses/singers, she is earning considerably more -- I just don't see it.

Again, I fully understand Miley's success, I just don't understand how she made soooooo much.

She is a star on a TV program and a singer.

So, I took the star of America's number 1 rated program, American Idol's Ryan Seacrest (who also hosts one of the biggest radio programs) and added his income with Carrie Underwood's who:

Top 10 most played artists, which takes into account all titles played. Nickelback was No. 1 and Underwood No. 9
Underwood's "Before He Cheats" ranked No. 2 among the Top 10 songs streamed on the Internet. With 10,554,700 streams, Underwood is the only country act to make this list. Beyonce's "Irreplaceable (Irreemplazable)" came at No. 1 with 11,002,278 streams.
Overall

music sales which include albums, singles, music videos and digital tracks -- Underwood at No. 4 (just over 3.2 million)

Seacrest has a bigger TV program and Underwood has a bigger musical career than Cyrus, but it took their combined income to match Cyrus ... that's what I don't understand. Crazy.

Try getting Carrie Underwood or better yet Avril Lavigune to sell their concert tickets the way she does sometimes going over 2k for one ticket and making regular parents to resort to lying for some tickets. I heard that Avril's tickets were what 8 dollars. Miley Cyrus is just popular a hard worker and both parents look after her and her financial stuff. Thats just how the cookie crumbles, move on with your lives.
