Default anyone having problems with MediaFire?

I have not been able to upload jack **** to it lately. Every time I try to upload a large file (eg: tv show) it goes straight to an error page. Tried it on Firefox/IE and on 2 different computers. I have noticed that it will let me upload small files such as JPGs and not give me any trouble.

alright. it's just really frustrating because I have a lot of converted content that needs uploading, and mediafire is being gay. are there any other sites as good as mediafire for uploading?

I was able to use Mediafire from my University today on my laptop, but only using IE7. Firefox wouldn't upload, and I still (apparently) can not upload via my home connection--Comcast.

I think they are only allowing 100mb of upload now...at least that is what it says.

Same. I guess it's back to filefront until something better comes along.
Make sure to change accounts every once in a while, so as to not accumulate too much data and make it obvious.

i'm uploading a couple of 250mb files to media fire right now. i can only connect from my school's library wifi. they all error out from my home connection still.

if the 100mb limit thing is true, we can always RAR-split things down to 99MB from now on, can't we? They still don't impose a time limit between downloads (like rapid**** does).

Save your time and cancel those uploads, they won't go through. Ya, we could split things, but an average movie is 250-400mb, so that'd be 4 downloads just for 1 movie; that sucks, and people most likely won't deal with that crap.

Strange. I still have a movie uploaded there, and it's 340mb, and it still works fine. Some of my smaller things have almost 30 downloads, and they're still there.

Did you upload it as a video file? Full Metal Jacket, I forgot to make a rar, and was deleted; Hannibal, I didn't forget, and it's still there, despite it being 340mb.
