He like most parents who are busy with their own phones and jobs didn't possibly know how to even use Mileys cell phone. How could someone blame him of being hateful and petty enough of erasing someones phone number off his daughters phone.
Well that happened anyways to the point where he had to go on a radio show to proclaim his innocence.
