I see i am doing some of the movies that are all ready on the list...but the difference is that mine are wmv file format....

does MP4 need to be converted again by the zune? :-\
i would like to keep providing movies/video long as they are not the same.
I know mine do not need to be converted that why i ask

MP4 requires conversion by Zune software.

In your task manager, under the 'processes' tab. Right click on whatever process' priority you want to modify, and there should be a 'Set Priority' menu.

It will most likely slow down your computer though, and noticeably.

If you set the priority really high, everything else will start to lag extremely badly, including task manager. If you're (un)lucky enough, you won't even be able to quit the zune program because your mouse is so laggy.Set the priority higher, but don't do anything else
