Some podcasts are really entertaining, and excellent for when you are bored and you don't feel like listening to music.

First of all the podcasts on zune marketplace are free..so you can't go wrong with having a few on your zune. Well IMHO podcasts are like tv shows for your zune, short ones. Every other episode(podcasts) is different, always something new. When you have run out of videos to watch on your zune, and when listening to music is not what your in the mood to do. Podcasts are your answer!!! Watch them, keep up with them. If you find a podcast you really like and enjoy , every episode could be like a little "tv" series for you that can be very entertaining.
Plus they can help pass boredom.

As others mentioned above, they are free and plentiful on Zune marketplace (both audio and video podcasts). They cover many different topics, from comedy to sports to "how to."

For me, during this election year, they offer the chance to watch all the political happenings/trends/talking heads every week. Shows like Meet the Press, CNN Political News, Political Lunch, and Face the Nation offer interviews and debate between the different political camps -- good stuff.

I like the ABC news podcast because its not the basic boring news on TV. they usually have some other cool stories that they dont show on TV.

and like everyone else said its free, cant go wrong there

yeah ya can't go wrong with a podcast here and there.
I subscribed to a couple snowboarding ones, alot better to see a few clips every now and then, rather than buy a DVD which'll run me about 15 bucks every time.

I suscribe to BestOfYouTube, Loaded, Around the Net, and The Feed. It's a great way of hearing about new stuff in the tech world and watching funny videos and what not. I love podcasts.

some of us work 12 hour daily shifts and cant catch all our favorite shows and/or internet series. In example I never get to watch XPlay but I get the daily video podcast each morning before work and watch it while im working, along with a bunch of others. Podcasting is like getting popcorn mailed to you from the theatre without even buying movie tickets.
