Comic Book Queers - 3 very effeminate gay gentlemen review comics. Hilarious and informative.

Crash FM - Podcast from the Criterion Games guys. (they make the Burnout games)

ExtraLife Radio - 3 web comic artists talk about geek things.

The Instance - an amazing World of Warcraft podcast (hosted by Scott Johnson, host of ExtraLife Radio).

Jordan Jesse Go! - To 20-something'ers from Cali talk about whatever (very funny).

N3rdCast - three completely off center guys talk about comic books. They get some great interviews as well (last cast they had Kelly Sue DeConnick, aka Mrs Matt Fraction, and the week prior, Dan Slott), they're friends of mine, tell em WildWon sent ya

Never Not Funny - Host Jimmy Pardo and The Producer Matt Belheim talk about whatever. (They have semi famous guests for each show, Maria Bamford, Doug Benson, Paul S Thompkins, Dave Holmes, etc). Funniest podcast i've ever listened to. I just started this one a week ago, and 3 times (THREE) i've had tears falling from my eyes at work i was laughing so hard.

NoobToob - Two geeks talk about videogames (high energy talking).

One Life Left - A gaming podcast from London (humorous. more for laughs than real info.)

SModcast - Kevin Smith (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy) and Scott Mosier (Smith's producer for all his movies) have a weekly podcast. This is it.

Uh, all of these are more vulgar than primetime cable... some worse than others, but yea, none are clean

I'm just gonna go ahead and assume you mean vidcasts too. I like The 1up show, Broken Pixels and also the Midwest Teen Sex Show, which is pretty funny despite not being very helpful :P. On a serious note Lenswork-Photography and the creative process is pretty heavy stuff if your into that.
